33 Untapped Business Ideas With Million Dollar Potentials in 2025
You’ve probably heard of every online business model under the sun, right? You’ve heard of SMMA, you’ve heard of the automation AI agency, you’ve heard of IPGA, you’ve heard of growth operating, you’ve heard of dropshipping, you’ve heard of affiliate marketing, and you’ve heard of Amazon FBA. All of these business models seem to be saturated, overdone, and oversold, right?
So what I’m going to do here is give you guys three trending businesses that I think are going to blow up in the next couple of months, so you can become successful and make a heap of money. I’m also going to add 30 other business ideas that you’ve probably never heard of or thought of before. My goal is to encourage you to think outside the box and go above and beyond the boundaries set by modern-day business influencers, so you can become more successful and make more money.
3 Trending Business Niches
Let’s get into it.
1. Personal Branding Agency
I think that what’s going to happen in the next year or two is that we are going to see a tenfold increase in the number of entrepreneurs and people who want to build a personal brand online to sell things. As with any market, if there’s an exponential increase in demand, it’s going to take a while for the supply to catch up, which means the market is hungry. There are millions of entrepreneurs who want to build personal brands but either don’t have the time, expertise, or knowledge.
If you learn how to do this for other people and help them with their branding, I think that’s going to work incredibly well. The reason I have so much confidence that this is about to take off is because of the impact it has had on my business and personal brand and what I’ve seen elsewhere.
We’re just starting to notice celebrities flocking to the online personal branding space. Cristiano Ronaldo now has a YouTube channel, Tom Brady has just started a YouTube vlog, and other celebrities are capitalizing on the attention economy. This, in turn, is causing a massive flood of online entrepreneurs to follow suit. For example, you could work with realtors in the United States and help them grow their Instagram or TikTok profiles to sell more houses in their local area using organic traffic.
Another example is the short-form video space. On TikTok and Instagram Reels, there’s a guy in the UK who uses these platforms to grow his pool-cleaning business. I’ve also seen people with lawn-mowing businesses do the same in their local areas. This trend is on the cusp of massive exponential growth. If you get good at this now, by the time the next couple of years rolls around, you’ll be perfectly positioned to capitalize on this market.
2. Community Management Agency
The second business model that I think is going to absolutely explode in the next couple of years is the community management space, and what’s going to spearhead this growth is a platform called Skool. If you haven’t heard of Skool before, it’s a social media platform on an exponential growth curve, bringing new market opportunities with it.
As Skool grows and develops as a community management platform, we’ll see loads of entrepreneurs, business people, and regular people hosting paid communities online. This is already happening — Skool has tens of thousands of users paying to be part of these communities. The concept of online communities is only going to grow.
If you learn everything about community management, retention, and satisfaction and then offer a service to help these online communities, you’ll be in high demand. For example, I have a community for my clients, and I would pay someone good at community management to help because it improves the overall client experience, increases retention, and encourages more people to join. If you offer a done-for-you service where you manage, moderate, and foster community culture, you could be very successful in this emerging space.
3. Podcast Agency
The third agency that I think will be an absolute game-changer is a podcast agency. You might have expected me to mention an AI agency, but that’s an obvious one, and you’ve likely already heard of it. I want to give you fresh ideas.
Why is a podcast agency a good idea? It’s similar to the personal branding agency idea, but everyone and their grandma seems to want to start a podcast these days. We’ve all listened to podcasts like “Diary of a CEO” or Joe Rogan’s, and this has created a ripple effect. As personal brands grow, so will the demand for podcasts.
Imagine a service where you handle guest research for podcasters, ensuring they have detailed background info and curated questions for interviews. Or maybe you offer a done-for-you podcast studio setup or management service. There’s immense potential here, and if you start now, you can dominate this space.
Now, I’ve given you the three big ones I think are coming up, and next, I want to share 30 more out-of-the-box ideas that will hopefully inspire you to pick a business model that fits your skills and interests.
